DPA and subprocessors
A DPA and subprocessor list are not yet published. These should be prepared before collecting customer production data or entering regulated procurement.
Data Processing Addendum
Pending counsel review. The public website currently has no product telemetry backend, customer evidence store, or authentication system.
Subprocessor list
Pending final hosting, email, DNS, CDN, and security provider decisions. Publish provider name, purpose, location, and transfer safeguards before production launch.

This website does not currently publish SOC 2, ISO 27001, or EU AI Act conformity attestations.
