Preliminary privacy notice

This page describes the current public website posture. It is preliminary and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.

Last updated: May 15, 2026

Controller and contact

The operator and controller details for NeoVail must be finalized before production launch. Legal entity name, registered address, registration number, VAT or tax identifier, and any required EU or UK representative details are currently pending company and counsel confirmation. Privacy-related inquiries can be sent to info@neovail.com until a dedicated privacy mailbox is created.

Information submitted by visitors

If a visitor uses the demo request form, the form opens an email to info@neovail.com using the visitor's configured email client. The submitted fields may include name, work email, company, role, primary interest, and message. NeoVail uses that information to respond to the request, evaluate fit, and communicate about NeoVail products and services.

Legal bases

Subject to counsel review, the expected legal bases are legitimate interests for responding to B2B demo requests and operating the website, consent where a visitor expressly opts into communications that require consent, and legal obligation where records must be retained to comply with applicable law.

Whether information is required

Providing demo request information is voluntary. NeoVail may be unable to respond to a demo request if required fields such as name, work email, company, and privacy acknowledgement are not provided.

Retention

Demo request information should be retained only as long as needed to respond to the request, manage prospective customer communications, comply with legal obligations, and maintain ordinary business records. A final retention schedule must be approved before production launch.

Recipients and transfers

The public website currently has no database, authentication system, analytics provider, advertising platform, or product telemetry backend. Hosting, DNS, email, and security service providers may process limited technical or message data. A final privacy notice should list subprocessors, transfer locations, and safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where applicable.

California notice at collection

For business contacts, NeoVail may collect identifiers such as name and work email, professional information such as company and role, internet or similar network information such as IP address and user agent for form security and consent records, and the content of messages submitted through the demo form. NeoVail uses this information to respond to demo requests, manage B2B communications, maintain consent records, secure the website, and comply with legal obligations. NeoVail does not intentionally sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising on this public website and does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the demo form.

Marketing opt-out

Visitors can opt out of marketing follow-up or object to B2B sales communications at any time by contacting info@neovail.com. Commercial email footer requirements, including a physical mailing address, must be finalized with the legal entity details before launch.

Cookies and tracking

The source code does not intentionally include analytics, advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies. Production cookie behavior must be verified after Vercel and Cloudflare are configured. If non-essential cookies or tracking technologies are added later, the website should add any required consent mechanism before those technologies load.

Sensitive product data

Visitors should not submit sensitive customer evidence, runtime telemetry, secrets, credentials, product policy data, or control plane data through the public website or demo request form. The public website is separate from NeoVail product infrastructure.

Your rights

Depending on location, visitors may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Visitors may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Requests can be sent to info@neovail.com until a dedicated privacy contact is published.

Automated decision-making

The public website does not use personal data submitted through the demo form for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Security incidents

NeoVail intends to notify affected individuals and regulators of personal data breaches where required by applicable law.

Children

The NeoVail public website is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
