These terms apply only to use of the public NeoVail website. They do not replace a reviewed master services agreement, product terms, data processing agreement, acceptable use policy, security addendum, or evaluation agreement.
Website use
Visitors may use the website for lawful business evaluation of NeoVail. Visitors must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use the website to transmit sensitive customer evidence, secrets, credentials, or product telemetry.
Intellectual property
The website, NeoVail name, NeoVail mark, text, graphics, product descriptions, and other materials are owned by NeoVail or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to view the public website. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
No product commitment
Website descriptions may refer to current plans, design goals, roadmap items, or illustrative product capabilities. They are not a warranty, legal certification, regulatory attestation, or binding product commitment unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Disclaimer
The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoVail disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoVail will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website. Final liability terms must be reviewed by counsel.
